Credit card processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

NOTE: We file Form 3’s same day. Sometimes, we file within minutes of your order being placed. Please be sure you need exactly what you are ordering.

Any orders cancelled after we receive an approved Form 3 will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Any orders placed that are cancelled prior to Form 3 being approved will be assessed a 10% restocking fee to pull the order and restock it and withdraw the Form. This is due to the product being unavailable for sale while the Form 3 is cancelled and voided with the NFA Branch, which typically takes 30-60 days. Orders cancelled while we can still retract the Form 3 online, or before it is placed will not be subject to this fee, but may be subject to a CC fee, if applicable. Accessory orders will also be subject to a 10% restocking fee once placed, even if not shipped. Shipped orders will all be subject to the 20% restocking fee.
