Dead Air’s Wolf-9SD has gotten some serious upgrades. Dead Air continues to improve and innovate.
Like its predecessor The Wolf9SD, the new Wolfman is a modular, multi-caliber suppressor. Going from subgun, to light duty rifle, and to pistol use is what this can is built around. Modular, like it’s pappy, the Wolfman splits at a 2/3 / 1/3 length instead of the original 1/2 / 1/2 split. Giving you short and handy or full length for full sound suppression.
CONSTRUCTION AND SPECS:
Fully welded 17-4 PH stainless steel that brings durability while keeping the suppressor as light as possible.
A 1.618″ overall diameter keeps Dead Air’s trend of large internal volume that lowers back pressure and shortens overall length for those subguns, defensive rifles and pistolas. Nostalgic welds from it’s predecessor, pay tribute to times past, giving that early look that prioritizes performance over appearance.
With a 9mm pew pew hole it is built to do a lot. It can take for pistol calibers, .300 Blackout Sub in full auto, and many other calibers. It can also handle rifle supersonic ammo using Dead Air’s KeyMicro brake.
But wait…..there’s more!
The Wolfman has an ace up its sleeve. The front cap can contain a user-provided rubber wipe that can drop suppression levels even further. With subsonic ammo and the wipe, you will be able to shoot well into the full moon with not a soul noticing.
A 1/2-28 direct thread mount is provided with the Wolfman. In addition, it features a wipe compatible front cap (tool included). Wipes are user replaceable with common available rubber washers.
